  • Yes! Simply create an account here.

    Then, upload your book (.docx) and try out our AI Slidebuilder for free. Once you reach the limitations of the free trial, you’ll be prompted to upgrade. If you’re only interested in our Manual Slidebuilder, you can use it for free, forever.

  • At the moment, we only support .docx files.

    If your book is in a different format, there are many free online tools to convert it to .docx, such as convertio.co/epub-docx (we’re not affiliated).

    Before uploading, please remove any unnecessary content, such as the cover picture, table of contents, author notes, etc.

  • You only need to upload your manuscript if you’re using our AI Slidebuilder. Rest assured, you always retain full control of your manuscript.

    • All copyrights remain with you.

    • No part of your book will be used for AI training.

    • You can remove your book from our system at any time.

    Your privacy and ownership are our top priority!

  • When logging in, make sure to enter the same email address you used to sign up. You’ll then receive a login link in your email inbox with a button to access your account.

    If you don’t see the email, it may have landed in your spam folder—be sure to check there too.

  • Yes, absolutely! Simply have the person you’re giving access to go to app.authorscale.com/dashboard and use your email to sign in.

    • You’ll receive an email with a login link (check Spam if it’s not in your inbox).

    • Forward that email to the person you want to grant access.

    • Once logged in, they will remain logged in for a while, so this process doesn’t need to be repeated often.

  • Design credits are used when you generate images and videos with our AI features. Each subscription tier includes a specific number of design credits, which are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Yes! Unused design credits will accumulate and roll over to the next month. However, you will lose them if you decide to cancel your account.
