7. Money-Back Guarantee

If you post at least three slideshows per day generated by AuthorScale.com on either TikTok or Instagram Reels (not a combination of both) for 30 consecutive days within the first 50 days of signing up and none of your posts achieve over 5,000 views, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at support@authorscale.com with proof of your posting history and view counts.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
